“Protean Fitness is a great fitness model. I have been a member at other gyms and worked with other trainers. I would go once a week, work with the trainer, and then would not step back into the gym until my next session. I did not feel comfortable or motivated to go to the gyms on my own. With Protean Fitness, Andy works with you and teaches you how to incorporate fitness into your regular schedule. I am able to train with him once a week and then train twice a week through the TrueCoach app. Through the TrueCoach app Andy provides a personalized plan for you to follow at your convenience. Andy is knowledgeable about physiology and has a lot of training to ensure he incorporates exercises that require multiple muscle groups to best utilize your time, keep you focused, and mindful in the moment.”

“I never thought I could have a personal trainer. My schedule changes all the time and I’m on the road a TON. Then I chatted with Andy, got started with him and it’s been a DREAM. He’s an amazing listener and designs a fitness and nutrition plan based on your needs and goals. Then, once you dive in, he’s always available — motivating, answering questions, guiding! And for me, the key has been doing most of the work remotely — on my time, when and where I can fit in workouts. Andy sends workout plans, videos and I can get to work on the fly when I have the time.
